ADI WESTERMAN, Founder Hot Asheville

Adi (E-RYT 500) is the founder and director of Hot Yoga Asheville, the regions premiere Hot 26 and Vinyasa studio. She regularly leads workshops and teacher trainings and has been featured in Yoga International and on WLOS and WYFF. Currently living in Costa Rica where she leads yoga and wellness retreats. Adi and her family are soon to be opening an events center, El Nido (The Nest Uvita) with hot/cool yoga room, recording studio, stroll to the Whale's Tail beach.
